In 1890 president McKinley boosted tariffs to 50%, CRASH! In 1930 the Smoot Holly tariff act went into effect and CRASH! Trump raises, tariffs on the entire world, CRASH! History repeats itself. He chooses to ignore history or maybe he just wasn’t paying attention in school.
