oh and don't forget that autistic people identify as trans at higher rates than allistics. this is often weaponized against us, with the suggestion that we're confused or have been "groomed," with a baseline assumption that we're not competent. jkr and rfk are cut from the same dirty carpet remnant

As a biological woman, I really don’t understand the ‘fight’ against trans women. It seems fabricated to me, given I’ve never felt threatened or belittled by trans people of either gender identity. The patriarchy on the other hand… All I’m saying, let’s not distract from where the real war exists.

I am autistic. I pay taxes, I have a job. I dated. I get the desire to push this narrative autistic people DO accomplish these to rebut Kennedy. But there was a time when I DID NOT have a job. And non-speaking autistic people or thise with intellectual disabilities don't. They have worth as well.

Congrats to FWS for, once again, rolling back the actual women's rights feminists have spent decades fighting for. As with every other victory they get, they will twist and warp this until it's 'the law agrees with every aspect of our bigoted ideology'. I'm so tired. Solidarity.

The ability of people to call out fascists then use the same dehumanising language they do borders on impressive. FYI, children are disabled, not special needs. That kind of language is why they’re losing access to education.

With all due respect, this isn't right. Failure implies that politicians, media, and the larger public wanted in good faith to understand this. They didn't. In fact, they actively resisted understanding to the point of absurdity because they just plain liked the alleged "controversy" more.
