This is my first attempt at French onion soup... The one on the left is non-vegan (for my husband)... The one on the right is my hippie vegan version... It got a bit charred but good gawd damns if it wasn't pretty tasty... Or maybe I was just really hungry... 🤤

This was taken back in late summer, early fall of last year... This girl *literally* snuck up on me while I was on an evening walk... Like I turned around and there she was! My husband named her "Emily" but I called her "Tall Dog"...
