March is #Women'sHistoryMonth!

Fresh-baked banana chocolate chip bread for a week of yummy breakfasts. The apartment smells so good! #Yummy

NEW: Senator Marshall (R-KS) RUNS AWAY, fleeing his own town hall after being asked about DOGE firing Veterans. MAKE HIM GO VIRAL.

Anyone else a member of the #BlueDot club? www.etsy.com/shop/michael...

Eric got it…

Today, in a meeting at the White House, the only person actually defending American interests was Zelenskyy. Let that sink in.

This is Winston Churchill visiting the White House during World War II. Funny how he isn’t wearing a suit either. Almost like he was a wartime leader defending his country from being slaughtered and wiped out by an authoritarian aggressor.

1/4 Just watched the Oval video. As if Bonespurs could ever out-Alpha-male Zelinsky. Neither could his lapdog, who is all about performing his "Yeah Bif!" sidekick role with gusto, all while Rubio tries to melt into the couch cushions. And this theater was PLANNED.

I haven't been able to watch the news since my world came crashing down in December. Tonight's the night. #Margarita is at the ready.

It's #bookfair time!

Watching the #OscarNominated #animated film "Flow" today during lunch. Charlie is napping out here with me while Tish-Tish, who SHOULD be here watching with me, is trapped by a sunbeam on my bed. It's a lovely #Sunday. #weekend

I added #bedrisers so I could have some extra storage in the bedroom. #Whoops #SorryCharlie #DogsOfBluesky

On the warmest morning we've had all week, it looks like the coldest. #KansasWeather2025

My spouse and I separated in late December. I've been slowly establishing my new home in an apartment with my cat and dog. Today is the day I bought #foodstorage containers. Slow and steady wins the race and stores the leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. Now where's my sharpie & masking tape?

#IAmTishTish and SHE is here yet once again because "it's too cold." Excusez moi, but it is plain to see that I am warm, tres warm, thanks to this sunbeam. Can she not find her own #sunbeam at work? #Merde. #KansasWeather

The parents of these students are fighting for our freedoms abroad, yet those same freedoms are being eroded in their children's schools at home. action.everylibrary.org/dodschools via @everylibrary.bsky.social

Pre-lunch check-in (it's a #snowday):

Scene from a bed: #coffee, #cat, #crochet. All three are #sanitysavers.

It's going to be all kinds of #brrr over the next few days here in #Kansas!

"Clean the seas, plant some trees, feed the bees, and punch Nazis." Ah, don't you just love ~poetry~? #poetry

It's a #snowday. Have a bowl of hashbrown, kielbasa, and cheese "soup" with me.

#Farmtown and #football tonight. 😀

Making some #SundaySweetness today!

February is the perfect month to enjoy my #ValentineOrnaments!

Did you miss this morning's #sunrise? I got you covered. #SundayMorning #sky

#FYI: It's Black-Kitty-Cuddled-Up-on-Crochet Day. #catsofBluesky #SundayMorning #Purr #crochetersofBluesky #crocheterswithcats

After all of the news from D.C. this week, I'm rather missing The Shire.

#ChocolateCakeDay? Hooray!

#FundSchoolLibraries, please.

I woke up and decided it was the perfect morning for #valentine papercrafting! These "love letters" are for a February ornament swap.

I was intrigued when I saw that a MAGAT responded to my earlier birthright-citizenship-adjacent (& sarcastic) post on another site. In her attempt to educate me (because WHY ask for clarification first?), she misspelled "embellished." I'm so disappointed. It was a complete #waste of intrigue.

Just checking: though given birth to by my mother at her cousins' Tudor home in Kentucky, 1/2 of me is NOT, in fact, American due to my #indigenous father, his family, & their ancestors being on the continent of North America lonnnnnggggg before my mother's ancestors arrived? Do I have that right?
