I know everyone is hyped up on Final Fantasy and Tarkir, but the visuals of Edge of Eternities gives me all the feels. I love sci-fi and I can’t wait till August. Question is will MC Atlanta be space themed?

A little late to the party, but what is this? I mean this is a crazy combo with Soul’s Fire, Grace or Majesty. Did Kirri just get the biggest beater in the game that he can bring back to hand if it dies during combat. This + trample is auto game over for someone. #MagictheGathering

FNM at my local LGS was insane tonight. I brought upgraded Varina and Mendicant. I was able to Riptide Gearhulk an Emrakul, the World Anew and then its controller cast a spell that made them shuffle the deck. Second game was pure gas with a sol ring, arcane signet, cyrptbreaker opening hand.

Ultimately decided to use the alternate artwork Mendicant Core, Guidelight for my newest deck. The artwork matches better with the @ultraprointl.bsky.social marble satin cube a bit better. A little bummed the only product they released with the art is a play mat cause the art is incredible.

Apparently all my decks except Tergrid are a 2 according to the new bracket system. Then again I don’t run most of the “Game Changers”. Oh well I still enjoy my brews so c’est le vie.

With the new brackets designed, maybe @archidekt.com and @moxfield.com could build an analyzer for what bracket your deck falls into. Possibly highlighting the game changer cards if you want to move down a bracket. From what I can interpret mine sit mostly at a 3 with a few up or down a tier.

I was a bit skeptical about the first place foils, but with Mendicant’s artwork it kind of works and turns into a pseudo extended artwork. The alternate artwork card is gorgeous though so may have to swap them in and out between command zone casts. #MagictheGathering
