You are valuable for who you are-- here, now, no accomplishment or transformation required. What you do in your life, what you achieve & build, that's all gravy. It's awesome-- but no result you do or don't produce can diminish your inherent worth. Put it on repeat.

It's frustrating to get triggered by things everyone around us seems to be handling just fine-- but it's real important we not overreact to the fact we're triggered or reflexively shame ourselves for it. Easy does it. We're working on it. Grace over guilt, & breathe. Breathe.
