Massage Therapists, you deserve better than a few dollars more than minimum wage plus tips. You deserve a workplace safe from predators. You can unionize your spa or studio to protect yourself and your team together!! ✋💪🤚

Well, the ex-boss missed his appeal deadline. He needs to cut a bunch of checks totaling $92,563 to my team and the state by mid-June. Otherwise it defaults to extended penalties. Not gonna lie - part of me hopes he misses the next deadline too.

If you were born in '68 or before, you may not have a full measles immunity. (A better vaccine was introduced after then, so people vaccinated in 1969 onward are fine.) As a '68 baby, I got a MMR booster jic. Heads up - it's a large shot, on par with a tetanus shot! Thankfully it absorbs quickly.
