Had a guy come give us a quote for capping our chimney after a raccoon climbed into it. Had a guy give us a quote for a new AC. Our 15 year old TV finally broke. I’m waiting for a neighborhood kid to hit a baseball through a window.

Some thoughts on WAS #commanders game: - Philly was the better team - WAS played sloppy - Refs were awful, literally no excuse for missed calls, lecturing on the tush push plays - Jayden Daniels is incredible - Luvu is incredible - DQ for president I am so excited for next season.

Example of the duality of man: this week I was so organized I took all 3 kiddos to medical apts on Tu, hit some training, navigated getting new tires, and am judging a science fair tonight. At the same time I refuse to change the battery in my car key fob and unlocking the car sets off the alarm.

Sat on a Q&A panel tonight about my triathlon club’s advanced training group program but when I got home I learned that my wife had gotten a nosebleed in the car picking up my oldest from fencing and all she had to stop the bleeding was my daughter’s sock.

My nearly 5 year old crawled into bed last night because he was scared that wolves would get him. I told him his giraffe puppet would keep the wolves away so I need to build up some documentary evidence that wolves are afraid of giraffe puppets.
