Slowly making progress. From 3km in 30min to 2.7 in 23min (6km/h to 7km/h) Still need to get another 3km/h faster to reach 5k in 30min This week it’s a total 9min running, vs 8min total the first week. Tuesday run it’s gonna be 16min total lol Idk about that
