I know the alternative is not pleasant, but getting that shingles shot SUCKS. Have hit the second day where I’ve traded exhaustion, low fever, and body aches for an arm that itches so bad I want to rip my arm off.

Just remember: if they are pointing the finger at anyone calling them “the problem”, look and see beyond the smoke and mirrors. Deflection and obfuscation are favorite tactics of regimes who don’t want you to see what they are really up to.
