The oil industry buys off Congress. No action on climate. The NRA buys off Congress. No action on guns. Insurance companies buy off Congress. No action on health care. The list goes on and on. Money in politics is the root of our dysfunction.

They've had over fifty years to prove that trickle down works. We've had more than half a century of an economy based on this principle and under it the vast majority of citizens are suffering. If you still think giving tax breaks to the upper crust will somehow help anyone else then I can only say-
