MEET THE MIGHT OF POWERLIFT IN MILES MORALES: SPIDER-MAN #33! POWERLIFT, a new gamma-powered warrior, joins “God War,” the new arc currently erupting in Cody Ziglar and Marco Renna’s MILES MORALES: SPIDER-MAN. @yayforzig.bsky.social @marcorenna.bsky.social @muaadib.bsky.social

Is it me or did the Miles Morales: Spider-Man comics got better after Brian Michael Bendis left and then Saladin Ahmed later on and Cody Ziglar took over?

I love how Daredevil: Born Again (quite rightfully, IMO) acknowledges, when it comes to cops, it's a case of very few good apples surrounded and covered up by far too many rotten ones. When a cop tries to call out corruption, they're often silenced into submission when not chased off by harassment.

First eight minutes of Captain America: Brave New World via Fandango. Still love the first action set piece of the film. youtu.be/jj_BvJ_htjY?...

Fandango uploaded the first eight minutes of Captain America: Brave New World. Finally, this I can show. It's glorious seeing for a brief moment of Harrison Ford as Ross with the mustache. Not in a "haha, so bad." No, I genuinely love seeing him having it. He looks like his comic counterpart.

This speech from Captain America is one all of us should pay attention to, rather than the garbage spewed in Washington today. I'm scared, for all of us, but I will do anything in my power to stand against the oncoming storm. This is my home, this is YOUR home, and they don't get to say otherwise.

It's really disappointing, but not surprising, to see AI slop versions replacing actual memes over on Twitter. It's even sadder because there are sites that let you use the templates of real memes where you can add your own text. AI is ruining creativity.

This is exactly what I mean when I say that fascists are deeply miserable people. Especially the propagandists. Sooner or later they realize that nobody likes them. They're either always angry or deeply unhappy.

If you can afford to send Katy Perry to space and the rights to James Bond, then you can afford to pay higher taxes. Billionaires should pay way more taxes, not less.

It's still interesting to me how gamers practically beg for sequels, remakes, and adaptations of their favorite games while so-called cinephiles treat sequels, remakes, and adaptations as if they were made by Satan himself.

The fact that these grifting losers with no media literacy skills still churn out these propaganda slop videos with those same thumbnails in 2025 is both sad and hilarious. All of these videos are the exact same and I suspect they haven't changed in 10 years.

Reminder that if 4channers start coming to BlueSky, DO NOT ENGAGE. Block on sight and starve them of the attention they crave. Block every shit disturbing, bad faith right-wing troll you see.

It's perfectly okay to limit your replies to only your followers and/or people you follow. Even on BlueSky the occasional bad faith troll still slips through, especially when talking about political topics. You don't owe anyone else a platform.

Agents of SHIELD theme still slaps. youtu.be/mmTlWtHYX-M?...

Something that's got me thinking They've announced the casting for all of the adults, but what of the kids? It would be supremely funny if any and all child actors have been refusing casting calls for this.

Rat Race

Honestly? No Way Home.

Shadow of the Vampire

I guess Ed from Shaun Of The Dead was just Frost playing himself

For the sake of meta, Skeet Ulrich should be the killer.

You notice how all the marketing for Thunderbolts is hyping up Sentry as "Stronger all the Avengers put together" and there's virtually silence there but when Feige said the same thing about Captain Marvel back in 2019, grifters flipped their lid?

"Erm, actually: Badly written, Mary Sue, overpowered, another buzzword."

"Why doesn't popular media do more new and challenging things nowadays?" 1. They do, you just don't expand your horizons enough 2. Go back to how certain people reacted to a certain 2017 movie and then that'll answer your question

And this is why Nick Frost being in Harry Potter broke my heart the most.

Look, getting cast in something that's a huge IP is one thing. You gotta keep paying the bills. However, on the other hand, shutting off comments that criticizes a creator's toxic and very clearly bigoted behavior is very telling

Tom Hiddleston dances through life in the latest trailer for #TheLifeOfChuck, Mike Flanagan's emotionally charged new Stephen King adaptation. WATCH IT HERE: www.empireonline.com/movies/news/...

I love all the people lamenting the lack of "Staying power" with the Star Wars Sequels. Its' like, dude, it's barely been six years since the last one. Just wait till most of the kids who grew up with them are old enough to drive before you start writing them off.

Imagine being such an obsessed stan that you think that a characters who got his powers by *tanking* a nuclear blast somehow makes him a "Fraud."

Bluesky to every 4Chan user coming:

Who even wants that Harry Potter reboot besides Zaslav and You Know Who? HP fans will stick with the OG books and movies. Reactionaries and chuds are already mad at the casting. And everybody else has left the fandom because of the creator's bigotry.
