I’ve gotten in to Star Trek: Lower Decks recently. Was always a casual ST fan, having watched TOS as a kid and TNG whenever it was being rerun. Enjoyed the movies up to First Contact. But I’m finding that ST reminds me of a time when I was actually hopeful for humanity. And that was a good thing.
