For weeks I had the suspicion that YouTube uses generative AI to dub ads in the shittiest way possible and now I have proof. Obi, a home improvement store has an ad where they take known songs and change the lyrics. Now I just got an ad with the German lyrics still playing with bad dubbing overlaid

I think I hit my boiling point with the dead bird app. Some asshole uses a picture of me as his profile picture and is harrassing people and spreading horrible racist and transphobic messages and Twitter does fucking nothing about it

Really love how Oblivion let’s me create a spell that both damages and heals my character at the same time. What I love even more is that reversing the two effects will actually lower the mana requirements as it gets classified as a restoration spell instead of destruction

The funniest bit of information about the Switch 2 that I have learned in the last few days is Nintendo reviving tech used in the Wii U for game sharing. It’s also why I‘m not worried about it working via streaming, the Wii U Gamepad was insane in that regard
