Nazis also wanted to cull the elderly, the disabled, the chronically ill. The best way to do that here is to gut: Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, food aid, food safety programs, etc. Make medicines unaffordable. Part of "DEI" is to make sure disabled people have access to public services.
