Today we welcomed a new colleague at work. It's amazing how much more people want to bring to the team when they know that they are respected, they are spoken to respectfully, and that they are valued. May we treat our fellow citizens as people, and not "labour"

Goals for today, review materials for a course, help a colleague prepare for a course, and research pricing and formats for an art project. I'm thankful I am able to work with information in a productive way. May I also use this information to better and refine myself.
