I can't believe that someone seeking the DFL endorsement in 2025 is talking about "the desired amount of melanin" in campaign emails. Shame on you, Becka Thompson. Aurin Chowdhury was elected because she was the most qualified candidate and will be reelected for the same reason. Grow up.

Just listened to Paula Chesley’s episode of @wedge.live and I am shocked. She has absolutely no idea how the homeless services sector works at all and advocates for forced institutionalization of unhoused people. Absolutely appalling for a supposed DFL candidate.

In the past month, Minneapolis DFL did the following 1. Rescheduled W2 convention to happen AFTER UMN students are done for the semester 2. Rescheduled W6 convention to happen on Eid Al-Adha 3. In a ward w/ 2 candidates going for the DFL nom, asked only 1 candidate to shell out $$$ for translation

I overheard Becka Thompson at one of her campaign events saying everything she does is for the children and as her speech continued I realized I wouldn’t leave either of my children alone with her for even two minutes.
