She / Her / Hers (I sometimes answer to "Hey, you" as well) This here should be about occasional cat pics, succinct opinions on movies, and the rest we'll just make up as we go along.

Trying to solve real life issues in quiet idyllic settings. It doesn't get more austenian than this, does it ? This knows its references, it doesn't overdo anything, it's softly funny in a melancholic way. Very nice. #janeaustenwreckedmylife #janeaustenagachemavie

My gang, all at once.

It's always the same shit, isn't it? Mind games and control, everywhere, always, at all levels.

You know the metaphor that compares testing a new idea and throwing spaghetti on a wall and see if it sticks, to check if it's cooked enough ? It seems to me like an entire saucepan of spaghetti was thrown at the wall at once, and whether it was undercooked or overcooked, I'm not sure,

Took me a while to see this one. Can't say it blew my mind, but I don't think it was meant to. The plot is minimal and the characters are rather boring, because the plot isn't the point and the characters are, in more than one way, awfully common. The poster looks ugly, but I find it says it all.

My pile of cats wish you the best for the next year. Whatever bad happened to you this year, the worst of it is unlikely to happen again, lightning is said to not strike twice in the same place. If nothing else, there are always small victories to celebrate.

With loud and intense snoring.

FLOW is a bloody masterpiece. When it comes to "show, don't tell", Gints Zilbalodis didn't joke around. Many of his fellow directors should take notes.

He really prefers to eat indoors, that's a problem.

Majestic, even.

He's perfect, you can't convince me otherwise.

Ok, it's missing a head. But I'm baffled at the spotless state of the rest of it. Not a chip ! What's the earth made off in Irak, bubble wrap ?

The topic is interesting but I don't think this movie chose the right angle to tackle it. As in "Little Joe", I hear sensible lines from the mouths of "bad" brainwashed characters that should not be listened to, and nothing very brilliant from characters that should be sensible, and I don't like it.
