So it's really important that you take rests. I feel like I've done nothing but talk about this for about a decade and I think that's because it's true and also because the last few years in particular have brought my own sincere need for much better self care into sharp relief.

I know my perfume tastes can run a little unusual, so I try to keep travel fragrances to a comfortable and more agreeable set. Neroli and Vanilla almost never go overboard, or a soft rose. Eau de Sens from Diptyque is today’s choice.
