I’m begging you: stop buying gimmicky cookware. Hexclad, and all their knockoffs, are worse in every meaningful way to a stainless steel or nonstick. Go to your local restaurant supply store, look for stainless, heavy bottomed pots and pans. Sauce pan, stockpot, skillet and sautee.

I left Indy in 2007, but through visits back and staying in touch with friends I know it has a much greater soccer culture now than MLS could ever provide
