FLATIRON! You and your opponent are building NYC’s historic Flatiron Building. Once you’re done, you’ll push your chair back from the table and say: “Look what we built together! You won, I think.” (That’s what I said, anyway).

Medium: Testing Fate! It's coming this year! A standalone sequel to Medium (the mind-reading party game), M:TF brings 270 inventive new word cards for even more astonishing mind melds!

Our Xmas and Boxing Day games log! Lots of fun especially ‘Green Team Wins’ @25thcentury.games which was a hit with all and the utterly absorbing ‘Flip 7’ @theopgames.bsky.social What did you get to the table? #boardgames #games #play

If you’re looking for last-minute gift ideas for your board game designer friends, all they want is for you to text them a picture you took of their game in a game store.

We did a holiday expansion for Green Team Wins and Rolling with the Beard did a very fun review of it with a Santa hat on. Christmas is this week if you're looking for something to spend $10 on and do during a holiday thing, btw. youtu.be/ksbpDHKCIVI?...

Love that Starla and Mik from @ourfamplaysgames.bsky.social included both Green Team Wins Holiday Party and Holly Jolly in their top 5 holiday themed games. 🎅🎄☃️ www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NI3...

The largest known game of Green Team Wins was one with 14 players on August 4, 2023. Can Brandon (Optimal Play) break this world record?

Is Green Team Wins one of the FUNNEST GAMES EVER? Man, I don't know! But that's what Foster the Meeple was saying (and I actually say it all the time, too). Super thank you for putting it on your list, @fosterthemeeple.bsky.social! youtu.be/Mhn8_ez8psw?...

The games that I do are mostly party games, and they don't tend to have a ton of rules, but there's one very important rule I like to get into every rulebook I write. People should be cool about things.

My prototypes are done and ready to go to PAX Unplugged! (I haven’t done anything to the boxes yet)

THAT OLD WALLPAPER for just five bucks! A very fun game with a sneaky card-choosing mechanic and a one-of-a-kind theme. I’d love it if you gave it a try!

We don’t have a ton of holiday traditions, but the Exit Advent Calendar is a perennial one that we always look forward to. This Hollywood star won’t be missing for long! (I assume they’ll likely be missing for the next 25 days)

Green Team Wins Holiday Party will be for sale at PAX Unplugged! And I'll be there too! It's game #1 of 1 to me!

Meeple Mountain always puts together such a thoughtful holiday gift list. Some really solid choices here and some surprises you might not have heard about!

Everything Ever (from Floodgate Games and me) at the top of this heap of this list of games for holiday gatherings from the Minnesota Star Tribune! www.startribune.com/reindeer-gam...

If a bunch of people come over to your house, there's a lot worse things you could do than play Green Team Wins Holiday Party. It's as entertaining as Green Team Wins, as magical as a holiday, and as fun as a party! And it has ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE new cards (which seems like too many, kinda).

Sitting down to record a review for Fuego from @keymastergames.bsky.social. We're really enjoyed this firey take on trick-taking.

Great game of Green Team Wins last night! #BoardGames #GreenTeamWins

Flip 7 was a massive hit with my 13 yr. old daughter. After declaring that she hated the game several times in the first play she asked to play it 3 more times. Then asked to play The Mind. Then Green Team Wins. Huge win for the family tonight! #boardgames

What a way to see the Italian edition of Everything Ever for the first time. youtu.be/XGD5jfAQ-qI?...

World Expo! A new prototype of my Epcot-inspired dice placement. The cards are out, and this spinning wheel (the “Carousel of Nations”) is in! It’s a good game and we’re having fun with it.

Green Team Wins 40% off, only $7.19 #ad amzn.to/47dP07I This one has been HOT this holiday season.

1902 Méliès! One of the more interesting games we’ve played. You’re helping make the movie A Trip to the Moon: filming, editing, writing, sfx. There’s some push & pull as your opponent shifts actors or moves sets, undoing your plans. The theme comes through perfectly! Fun and sometimes frustrating.

Some days you get discouraged about designing board games and wonder if all the time and energy is worth it. And other days you get an Amazon review like "Game Crazy Family Loved" and you get whatever the opposite of discouraged is. Feeling couraged!

Build some cherished memories with That Old Wallpaper! It's the season to remember 1. tales of the glories of Christmases long long ago, 2. what that wallpaper in Grandma's old house looked like. 3. the time you got a board game for free. Make it a holiday they'll never forget!

One of the very best things about making games and constantly googling their names is you sometimes come across amazing videos like this one of a family playing one of them together: youtu.be/RT8ImmYGTKQ?...

"What'd you say the name of your game was? Green Eat Plants?" - talking to family on Thanksgiving and wondering if you should just tell them about your day job instead.

ROMI RAMI and SEA SALT & PAPER! If you’re looking for two outstanding quick classic-feeling card games that play great with two, look to me and look at my finger pointing to these two little boxes. Pure fun, both of them.

BRUGES! We love this game of building canals and houses and statues and gaining people and money then watching it all burn up in a fire, get lost in a flood, get raided and stolen, and of course, rat plagued. Fifteenth Century Belgium was a rough place to live, I guess.

How nice it was to read Bert's Tabletop Games' 2023 Holiday Buying Guide and seeing a recommendation for Everything Ever, a party game I did. "This game has been hard to keep off the table" they said. See what I mean? How nice! www.bert.games/post/2023-ho...

One of the most thoughtful components in all of board games is this little tray that New York Zoo gives you for ease in grabbing these cute-as-pie animal pieces. Great game, awesome tray, fantastic little flamingos!

Really fun watching the Game Night gang playing Green Team Wins! youtu.be/Xe8YVCBvtmQ?...

Hey, I actually made a nice wallpaper. We even got the rules right, eventually! (with @tokengaymer.bsky.social & friends at Save Against Fear)
