To finish off with the Modding Scene, Custom Levels/Bosses have been added. These levels are simple templates for mod creators to start their creativity with. Unlike Custom Characters, you can only add up to 77 Custom Levels. Mods are now done! #shimeji #shimejiadventure #godot #fangame #gamedev

Quick correction: It's actually 84 Playable Characters, and up to 80 Custom Characters.

With every mods, there's a limit. Shimeji Adventure ain't no stranger to that too... You can add up to 76 custom characters in this game. With the 4 Shimejis in the Base game, that roughly 80 playable characters! Quite big for a platformer. Huh? #shimeji #shimejiadventure #godot #fangame

But in all seriousness, the game is extremely fun with mods. I'm so happy that I was able to get it working!

Another animation is another Idle Animation: After 30 seconds of idling, the Shimeji will begin to sit and dangle its legs for 3 minutes straight (or until you start moving again). (Though it is a bit buggy in the footage. Gonna fix that after.) #shimeji #shimejiadventure #godot #gamedev #fangame

There we go! After finishing the Monstequare, it'll play the World 1 Ending cutscene where you'll set forward to your next location. Within so, that's pretty much the main point of Story Mode done! In Story Mode, it'll play a short intro cutscene when loading into the boss battle itself. As seen here, you'll start with a cutscene before facing off with Monstequare itself! It even comes with dialogue! I'm now working on the outro. So, stay tuned for more! Story mode's almost done! #shimeji

The last enemy to be coded to the game is... The Shooter. As its name suggests, it is a projectile. When it detects the player in front of them, they'll throw arrows at you which you can bounce on them to knock them out. It takes one stomp to set them away. #shimeji #shimejiadventure #godot #gamedev

A new enemy has been coded in. This is VoltSlam. First, it'll wait for you to get closer to it, then I'll make a sound and get ready to jump and attack. Once slammed to the ground, you have to avoid those volts. It takes 2 hits to take them down. #shimeji #shimejiadventure #godot #gamedev

I'm now working on adding new enemies to the game. First off, meet the Mean Square. A square counterpart of a Mean Ball but unlike the Mean Balls, they move from left to right and avoid edges. But likewise, they're still easy to take down. #shimeji #shimejiadventure #godot #gamedev
