Helped my baby file her taxes 😭😭😭😭 I should have made her do it on her own and been there for support but frankly I'm just toasty and couldn't handle the hour long lesson when I could do it in under 6 minutes. Two checks totaling $5 in all.

Today is my boo's 10th sober anniversary. We filed our taxes after the oldest two made him cupcakes. We lightly disagree about whether today was the day I kept him on the phone while I speed walked home or if that was an earlier crisis. Either way we like this version of our lives best

Yall. I found out why my brother stopped smoking suddenly last summer. He's smoked 2 packs a day for 40 years. He had accepted that he would doe of lung cancer in his mid 50s and lived his life accordingly. Last year he started coughing up blood and thought, now is the time.
