Cackling Goose here at @rspb.bsky.social The Oa earlier in the week, and our first spring migrant back in the form of a Lesser Black-backed Gull. Lapwing, Curlew, and Oystercatcher all made a return to site towards the end of the week.

#Peregrine pair feeding on a Barnacle Goose, which the female took down, just below the house here at @rspb.bsky.social The Oa. A brief moment of absence allowed me a rapid opportunity to move a camera trap from a nearby wader scrape and onto the goose kill. @rspbscotland.bsky.social
