FYI, the Miranda Rights that protect you when arrested by the police are named after a guy whose first criminal conviction was in 8th Grade. He was accused of kidnapping, rape, and robbery and forced to confess. By all accounts, he WAS a bad guy. But the fact that he had rights is why you do too.
