The leader of the house, Mike Johnson had republicans vote saying the calendar year of 2025 was one day, it was to avoid a vote allowing Congress to stop these tariffs. If we go by his vote on this, shouldn't we only be paying Congress for one days work? More money saved!

All these lawsuits, 95% could be avoided if he would do it the legal way. Taxpayers are now paying for attorneys, clerks, judges and probably damages. Ex. The IG lawsuit would giving 30-day notice be worth saving all the legal cost and probably damages. Voters gave him all 3 branches, for what?
