It should be mandatory for all squad declarations to be done like this. Numerical ordered players, with clear info on those not included. I woul prefer first names too if I'm being picky though! But well done @cougarmania.bsky.social for setting the standard 👏

This is up there with Ian Knott's gale force touchliner for Wire reserves c.1996 - still the best kick I've ever seen. Danny Brough's post-post-bar-in comes close too (if anyone has a clip of that, please share as I want to see it again!)

The first Wire game of the season, and sadly a new era with the 105 year tradition of a match day programme at an end. Not to fear, as I've done my own publication to plug the gap. The Unofficial Programme can be printed as a 4 page A4 folder. DM me if you want a copy & I'll add you to the list 👍

The lies and rhetoric here are a major issue. The same ONS reports projects a significant ageing of the population in this period. The debate should be how we encourage MORE migration to boost our sluggish (<1% pa) population growth!!

Sad news, as Warrington have confirmed they will not be producing a match day programme, ending a 105 year tradition. Such a shame that a solution could not be found, even with a willing volunteer (me!!) offering to produce content for free to keep it going! 1/
