Has anyone tried to canx a membership with Crunch Gym? I have been trying to cancel since Dec., and they refuse to deactivate my account and still try to bill me. I sent a certified letter to the corp. office, and so far, they have ignored it. I reported them to the BBB, and they ignored that, too.
