Tory legacy. In England 48,830 A&E patients waited 24 hours or more for a hospital bed, 33,413 aged 65 or over. Some went 10 days to get bed in a ward. People deserve care and dignity. Must expand NHS capacity. Privatisation won't. 30%-40% of money vanishes in profit, money buys less.
