I've never been good at setting up goals. I'm a very abstract person, and the goals I come up with are very vague. I just want to live a good life, and contribute to the world I live in and that I love. I wish more people had goals like that. I'm tired and sore today. Think I'll focus on having fun.

Today was not a good day. For now, I think I'll focus on the little victories achieved today. I stuck to my fasting, and worked out harder than last week. Took the doggo for some great walks. Got groceries, made dinner. Dog seems happy. Maybe today was not so bad. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
