I wish ppl understood what racism actually is. That it's not just slurs and explicit hatred, it's also unconscious bias (halo effect, perception bias etc) based on racist indoctrination that we have ALL experienced. It's racism in healthcare that leads to health inequalities. It's systemic racism.
