It's been almost 35 years since James Carville started running the Clinton campaign & yet cable TV is still platforming him as Dems' guru in 2025. Imagine CNN in 1992 platforming Adlai Stevenson's campaign manager as Dems' top election pundit/guru that year. That's basically the equivalent.

On NPR, Trump’s demands for the Fed to reduce interest rates were called unsupported. I don’t recall skepticism of the postCOVID Feds policy of increasing rates to cause unemployment, easing pressure on prices & inflation. A moronic policy that squeezed Americans w/out challenges to profiteering.

Of course NBA ratings are tanking. Until recently, Steph & LeBron were on teams who were mediocre in different ways. They shot the ratings up when they were battling for the top every year.You can only come down from there. They still get fans wherever they go but not many prime time natl slots.

I feel the Warriors’ Butler run has benefitted from playing teams hamstrung by key player injuries. However, Warriors did it without Kuminga. Can’t wait till he’s back and they go up against longer teams like the Nuggets and Lakers.
