I’m at the stage of the Christmas holidays where my body is begging me to drink Kefir and start taking my probiotics. Been to the shops and everything I bought is gluten free. I am NOT gluten intolerant. The kicker is, this can all be resolved by stopping the alcohol BUT it’s the holidays sooo 🍸🍾🥂🍹
