Just watched Star Trek Section 31. It is obviously a recycled TV show pilot turned into a movie. It has 5 minutes of background, about 20 minutes of explaining like pilots do, 30 minutes of hand-to-hand combat action/fighting, and a smuggling plot with a macguffin. Star Trek V is still the worst.
