He’s been tweeting frantically about impeaching judges all day. I’m not an optimist by nature, but there’s a non-zero chance he could negatively polarize at least two R justices into rethinking the unitary executive. He’s really that annoying. A once-in-a-generation talent.

It’s interesting that the resistance is being led by historically more conservative agencies. I don’t think the military and law enforcement are as accustomed to this kind of overt partisan attack. State has come under fire before, but has a very long history of pushing back.

I don’t know the specifics, but I imagine a lot of personnel data is covered by the Privacy Act and can’t be disclosed without consent? I also think posting this is an obvious implicit threat that borders on extortion.
