I keep seeing Trump supporters and critics suggesting he's crashing the markets on purpose for varying reasons. They're all giving him too much credit. He's simply an abject moron whose absurd obsession with 19th-C tariffs goes back to the 80s. Much like his hair, clothes, taste in music, etc.
