Really enjoyed reading @nicolettejones.bsky.social in today's @thetimes.com about Elizabeth Enright and the glories of The Four Storey Mistake. I too revisited the Melendy family as an adult when I read all four books to my daughter a few years ago. They do indeed remain magnificent.
