That is normal yes. If you play the downloadable executable, the game closes after you press the off-button on that TV. But yes that is the end of the game

Systems of "Move X tiles each turn" do have the downside of being a little static and dull sometimes, so having variations of movement based on attributed like that is a nice way to add the variety of possibilities that you get with roll movement, without the randomness and possible frustration

So then what you roll moreso changes what specific options you have available each turn? That does seem interesting, so the player has to adapt to different circumstances and change plans

I think that letting lower rolls have other benefitial effects can be a good way to make the mechanics less swingy. For example, maybe rolling a 1 gets you +2 gold and rolling a 2 gets you +1 gold. That way at least you lessen the frustration of rolling poorly often, as you always get something

Yeah, having school and scheduling things with people is the main thing that gets me out of my room, though I do still delay leaving so long I always show up late :( Cold weather and the flu definitely don't help either. But if I don't start going out again, I know it'll get harder and harder again
