So I ”borrowed” my dads old training bike that he no longer use and now I usually sit on it for like at least 30 mins a day while playing games or listening to audiobooks and it has improved my health SO MUCH!! Absolutely perfect for those who work/study from home and rarely get out hahah

I’ve started to listen to children’s audiobooks in Japanese and it’s so much fun!! Mostly books I’ve previously read so my understanding of the content is pretty much 90% which is such a confidence boost too hehehe
