For me it was time and a paper-like screen protector. I found that my eyes didn’t really like the very reflective glass surface.
I don’t have any experience with different nibs myself, but know people who really like them.

I’ve been working 100% in procreate since 2017. I definitely had a bit there where there was a huge disconnect. When you’re starting out with a new workflow, you can’t get into a good flow state like you do with your previous one. Even something slightly off can feel like you’re not connecting
