I’ve learned some things, being nana to a child with Down syndrome. I do know the initial diagnosis my daughter received was devestating to her and thus, myself. It has been a long road of learning in a short 6 yrs. Would anyone be at all interested in a Down syndrome “bit of info” once in awhile?

We used to be the good guys. America was respected around the world as a good neighbor – helpful, generous, and reliable. The Marshall Plan at the end of the war helped the countries of Europe rebuild their shattered cities and devastated economies. It helped them and it helped us.
