Very important to listen to your mind and body here, I kept pushing myself by increasing the amount of tasks, the amount of time I spent working/learning and then ended up being burned out for like 2 weeks now. Slowly getting back into it again now 😈

Remember folks. If you wanna DM someone it's better to say more than just "Hi how are you?" Let them why you're there. Actually start a conversation, Something like "Hey I just wanted to say I loved your art!" Or something like that. Just saying "Hi" or "Hello" usually turns people away.

Stop relying on motivation. Don't wait until you "feel like it". Want to learn something? Create a plan. 1 hour of learning every day is too much? Do 45 mins. Too much? lower until you are comfortable. Create a habit. 30 mins every day is a lot better than that any bout of motivation.
