Please highlight this story. ICE stormed into the wrong house, trashed the place, and made women/girls stand outside in the rain in their underwear. ICE also stole phones, laptops, and cash savings from the family, who moved to OKC two weeks ago. kfor.com/news/local/w...

It is the essence of right wing reactionary thought to blame powerless individuals instead of the powerful systems that reliably produce them again and again for centuries. Like blaming dumb voters instead of asking why they're dumb and how they might change.

The country may not deserve Trump, but Biden/Harris deeply deserved to lose.

Man, this is a pretty fucking gross move from Amazon, huh? Good on @bookshop.org for not mincing words, though:

"EXCLUSIVE: Dem Voters Overwhelmingly Say US Should Cut Aid to Israel Until It Stops Attacking Civilians" From Palestine to economics, a new poll from Data for Progress and Zeteo shows likely Democratic primary voters prefer a more progressive approach.

Wendy Brito. New Orleans mother taken by ICE. Wife, mother, school volunteer. Legal resident. No charges. No criminal record. No explanation. Routine ICE check-in a month ago. She never came home. No reason given. No answers. Stop ICE. #USDemocracy #Voices4Victory www.wwltv.com/article/news...

Once again: The base of Trump’s support isn’t downtrodden rural towns, it’s the suburbs. The median MAGA chud isn’t an out of work blue collar guy, it’s some dude who owns a small business and runs it like a tyrant.

quite the opposite, those are the people you should listen to the most, because you need their votes to win. they should be offered policies they want to get them to the polls next time

They made Quebec support the idea of Canada u guys fucked up so bad

While ivy league chancellors and high powered corporate lawyers fall all over themselves to capitulate as quickly as possible, a bunch of school teachers making $40k a year are the ones fighting back.

The fact that the overall technology level usually improves doesn't mean every individual tech will too. You could have said the same about VHS tapes in the 90s. "Yes there are problems, but imagine what it will look like in 30 years!"
