Supreme Court case Ex parte Milligan (1866) established martial law cannot override civil liberties when civilian courts are functional. We maybe looking a Martial Law. Trump is going after Courts. This could allow for suspension of elections. Am I over thinking maybe a future cancelled election?

Time for legislative branch to grow some balls and remove the Insurrection Act of 1807 or at least modify it so a dictator in power can't use it as an excuse to martial law any State he wants.

Another thing to bring up in the highlighting of Health Insurance Corpo greed is the mistreatment and misuse of Nurses & Aids. Understaffed, overworked and underplayed. Hospitals, Nursing homes & other facilities can't profit from staff & insurance companies won't pay much for the service.
