Elongated process can cause those previously deemed safe to work with min restrictions, to being unfit to practice by lack of employment. More needs to be done to show employers that CoP's are workable and are worth supporting. #strongertogether #myPINmyData #FTPReferralsUK @nmcwatch.bsky.social

Heard from this nurse today-lots of support at work but still has v low days. NMC have said she isn't a priority as they must focus more recent cases! Resolved locally with the real culprit dealt with. You would think NMC would be pleased to be able to clear one case out of their backlog...
