Not 100% sure, but I think we were the first all-European consortium to be funded. Before Minerva, I wouldn't have gotten anyone to give me $1M to study how 'where' matters as much as 'who' and 'why' to explain radicalisation. We have EU Horizon, but this is a massive loss for US security scholars.
