@nws.noaa.gov Bay Area: please tell Behringer he is a prose genius. We read his forecast discussions aloud. He is seen. He’s wonderful. (Shout out to Flynn, too.) Others: yes, I just shouted respect at people who write the best detailed forecast write ups.

When all is said and done, I think my favorite electronic musician of all time, whose work gives me solace and expands my mind, is probably the criminally underrated Bola.

I estimate that we still own about 1,550 CDs.

Listening to Stockhausen tonight (mid 50s to early 60s recordings). Still jostles the senses and disturbs traditions so many decades later, so much still to be learned.
