I’m calling for a complete and total shutdown of the Rays “man on third less than two outs” offense until we can figure out what’s going on Oh wait, it’s already shut down

Not sure where to look, but is there a reliable GTMI stat? The Rays in recent years seem to be historically bad at scoring runners from third with less than two outs. But that could just be confirmation bias. I’d love to see actual numbers from around the league
