Spahky the Chevy Spark for scale. 😅 On the rug front, I do not believe it will lay completely flat. It took a good 15 minutes of pressing, patting, kneading, and smoothing to get it mostly flat. We'll have to see how it dries. No way am I taking it apart to try again! It will just stay wonky! 😂

Depression and anxiety lie. Never forget that. Even if you feel the little bit you do doesn't make a difference, I assure you, it does! I have been having a very hard time with keeping my living areas clean since the court date. Seeing the hairballs and tracked litter makes me feel hopeless.

Spent a good deal of the day braiding away. I would estimate I have used about 3/4 of the straps so at some point tomorrow, I should be on to the sewing. Might hand stitch it because why not? No bananas in the house so 7up bottle for scale.

I spent several days working on a skirt. Not sure I am happy with it so it is sitting to the side before I dye it. So next project! This used to be a king sized sheet. I dyed it all the colors and it will soon be a braided rag rug! Maybe. Never made one before. 😅

Oh Danté! Derpy Dude decided to nose bump my hand as I lifted my coffee, splashing coffee all over the TV remote and barely missing my WHITE sewing project. 🤦‍♀️ Remote still works, thankfully, unlike the one Mokey dunked in tea. What is it with my animals and remotes?!

Well, the sewing machine I have doesn't fit into the table I bought. Too short and too wide. Sounds familiar... But the table itself is very sturdy. So I guess I will be looking for a vintage machine now. Heaven forbid! sarcasm I'm sure it would be an upgrade from what I have anyway. 😅

These dogs are so funny. I present them with two treats each: one favorite treat and one acceptable treat. Danté immediately and enthusiastically devours the favorite treat then eats the acceptable one. Noodle does the opposite and saves the best for last every time! 😅❤️

So strange that about 6 years ago, I fell down the porch steps and bashed my knee, causing years of pain while walking downhill. Last year, I fell spectacularly, twisting and rolling to keep Pierre (white dog) above me as I crashed down and bashed my knee badly again.
