I just saw a Rust project called `is_wsl`. That is about 27 lines long. That depends on `is_docker` which is 23 lines long. And then people wonder why Rust projects are bloated. This is NPM all over again. is_wsl was a dependency of `open` which seemed like an actual useful dependency.

I am convinced that there is no such thing as a good build system. The moment you have to go out of its comfort zone, it is nothing but hacks and hacks until it's just shell scripts again. All of them. I guess at least Make doesn't hide that fact and owns it.
